Our office is open between 8.30am – 4.00pm

Can I pick up products from your office?

Yes you can call in to pick up products between the hours of 9.00am-3.30pm. To save time, please call ahead with your order so we can have it ready for you when you arrive.

How do I open an account?

You will need to complete a credit application to open an account, please contact Customer Service on (03) 9761 4226 or 1300 872 224 or email us at orders@dnhc.com.au

How do I place an order?

Once you have opened an account you will be able to access our online order program by requesting log in details from Customer Service. You can also place an order over the phone on 9761 4226 or email to orders@dnhc.com.au

Can I access your online order program without opening an account?

No you must first open an account to access the online order program.

When will I receive my order?

For metropolitan areas your order will be delivered next day if it is placed by 12.00pm. For other areas please see terms and conditions or contact Customer Service for more information.

Will I pay a delivery fee?

Delivery charges will apply if minimum order requirements are not reached. Please see terms and conditions if ordering online or contact Customer Service on 9761 4226 for more information.

What if I can’t find the product or size that I am looking for?
Customer Service will be happy to assist with your enquiry and will source the product for you if required.

Can I come and see your product range?

As Day & Night Healthcare is a distribution business, we do not have a shop front open to the public. Our entire range is listed online, but should you require more information on products please contact Customer Service.
