DAY & NIGHT HEALTHCARE AND THE NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a government funded scheme to help with disability associated costs. Day & Night Healthcare is proud to be a registered NDIS provider, so that we can assist individuals living with disability in gaining access to the essential items they need.

WHAT TYPE OF NDIS PLAN DO YOU HAVE?

There are 3 ways to manage your NDIS funding. To proceed with your NDIS account registration, please select the account type that matches your NDIS plan. If you have any questions regarding the below, please contact our friendly customer service team on 03 9761 4226 or at orders@dnhc.com.au.

SELF MANAGED

Please proceed below if:

  • You have direct access to your NDIS funds.
  • You are reimbursed at a later date for purchases made.

If you fit the above criteria, you can begin purchasing from our webstore right away.  Please register for an account via the below link so that you can begin shopping. Payment will be made via credit card at the checkout screen.

PLAN MANAGED

Please proceed below if:

  • A plan manager or support coordinator manages paying for your goods covered by the NDIS.

If you are plan-managed, then you can place orders through our webstore for the goods you need. Once you have finished shopping, we will generate an invoice that you can provide direct to your plan manager, or we can send it to them on your behalf if you provide us with their email address at the account registration page.

As soon as payment has been received, we will ship out your order the very next day guaranteed.

NDIA MANAGED (also known as AGENCY MANAGED)

Please proceed below if:

  • Your orders are paid for via the NDIS portal.

NDIA (or Agency) Managed funds essentially mean that we receive payment for your orders, via claims made on the NDIA portal. To do so, we will require a service agreement to be agreed upon at the time of making your account. This is a simple process that will allow us to submit your claim on the NDIA portal, so you don’t have to worry about organising payment yourself.

Once you have finished shopping, we will raise a claim on the NDIA portal for the value of your order. As soon as the funds have cleared to our account (usually overnight), we will ship out your order the very next day.
